Tunnelling often happens when the candle is not burned long enough on the first use. Always let the melt pool reach the edges before extinguishing.

We recommend burning for 2-4 hours at a time to maximise life and scent throw.

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn. This ensures a clean flame and reduces soot.
