Where We Ship
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not yet available — but stay tuned for updates.
Processing Times

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom or personalised items may require extra time — we’ll keep you informed if that’s the case.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We ship primarily with Royal Mail, occasionally using EVRi for select locations or heavier parcels.
At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

Tracking & Notifications

Orders shipped with tracking will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Non-tracked services do not include live updates — we recommend selecting tracked shipping if you need guaranteed delivery information.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please email us at support@phlame.uk after 7 working days from dispatch. We’ll investigate and assist.

For lost or delayed items due to courier delays, we’ll do our best to help but may need to wait for courier resolution timelines.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
