Phlame Privilege Club – Terms & Conditions

1. General

The Phlame Privilege Club program is available to customers of www.phlame.uk.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the following terms.

2. Membership Tiers 

There are three membership levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Each tier includes a permanent discount and exclusive privileges:

Complete benefits are outlined in your welcome letter or at www.phlame.uk.

3. How to Qualify

Silver Tier

  • A single order of £50

  • OR cumulative purchases of £150 within one calendar month

  • OR purchase the Silver Card for £30

Gold Tier

  • A single order of £100

  • OR cumulative purchases of £200 within one calendar month

  • OR purchase the Gold Card for £50

Platinum Tier

  • A single order of £150

  • OR cumulative purchases of £300 within one calendar month

  • OR purchase the Platinum Card for £100

Once eligibility is met, the discount is activated automatically. Once you meet criteria, your tier will be increased automatically and new card will be issued.

4. Card Validity

  • All membership cards are valid indefinitely — no expiration date.

  • However, Phlame reserves the right to review membership status in cases of inactivity exceeding 12 months.

  • A physical metal card is provided upon purchase or by request after eligibility is confirmed.

5. Non-Transferability

  • The card and membership are strictly personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
    Any attempt to do so is considered a violation and may result in tier downgrade or disqualification from the program.

6. Exclusions

  • Member discounts cannot be combined with existing site-wide sales or promotional codes.

  • Discounts do not apply to gift wrapping or gift card purchases.

  • The program does not apply to wholesale clients or resellers.

  • In case of returns, purchase totals may be adjusted and tier status reassessed.

 

7. Misuse & Suspension

  • Phlame reserves the right to suspend or revoke a card if misuse, fraud, or abuse of the system is suspected.

  • Cards granted under false pretenses or via non-qualifying orders will be canceled.

8. Changes to the Program

  • Phlame may amend the structure or terms of the program at any time without notice.
    All updates will be published at www.phlame.uk.
