Return & Refund Policy
Return Period: You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
Process: Contact us at support@phlame.uk with your order number to initiate a return. You’ll be responsible for the return postage unless the item was faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Area: We currently ship across the UK only.
Carriers: Primarily Royal Mail, occasionally EVRi.
Processing: 1–3 business days. Standard 48h delivery (non-tracked) by default. 24h and tracked shipping available at checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders over £50 (UK-wide) and Corby deliveries over £10 qualify for free shipping.
